I was looking for nose pad for my glares. I bumped in at GKB Opticals MG Road Camp Pune outlet. The staff and officers were really very courteous and sweet. They did the job which could not be done by anyone around. When asked about the charges…..politely refused as a part of customer service for such things. An over 60 year old establishment from Kolkata with this Pune store being one of the oldest on the street. The collection is extensive and has options for all price ranges. Most of the Luxottica products are available along with the latest Nova AI progressive lens crafting services. Opticians and optometrists are available for in store consultations and eye check ups. Store managers allow customers to take their time and not hurry them through. Been going here for almost two decades now for my spectacle needs. Much recommended.
