My daughter's 10th Birthday celebration was scheduled on 8th Feb., 26 [Sun.], and her spectacles broke that week. I came down on 6th and approached Rumanah with an absurd request to deliver the eyewear somehow by 8th afternoon. There was another challenge - my daughter's power also changed - Rumanah checked her for 30 mins. assiduously. Thanks to her dedication and patinece. The amazing and relieving part was that she managed delivery on 7th [Sat.] 24 hrs. before the event with perfect fitting on new prescribed power. I feel she is a great leader too , taking team mates, along with her to meet customer satisfaction, She can reach skies with proper motivation / encouragement / support. Thanks to the entire team icluding Chandan [He waited beyond office hours to deliver the specs], Sahid and Rahim for co-ordination and collaboration. Thank you GKB !!
