I recently purchased a frame from this store and had a good overall experience. The staff was very patient and provided genuine guidance in helping me choose a frame that suited me. A special mention to Chandan, who was particularly helpful and courteous throughout.
However, I did have a small concern—when I collected my glasses after lens fitting, I wasn’t provided with a box/case. It would have been better if this had been included while handing over the frames.
Overall, a positive experience, and I hope this small detail can be improved.
