Do not trust their optometrist and get your eyesight checked elsewhere only. I trusted them and as a result my daughter was given wrong prescription glasses, which damaged her eyesight. She had Hyperopia so needed +ve glasses but were given Myopia (-ve glasses). Trusting them she continued to wore them for a long time as she went off the USA, on her return recently she complained that she gets headache every time she uses glasses and we got her checked and found that the glasses were wrongly made. When we visited the store they refused to take any accountability, saying it should have been reported within a weeks time. I spent over 24K on Rayban frames and Rodenstock prescription glasses so for sure I am going to sue them in Consumer Court but suggest others to avoid using them as they have no accountability or remorse.
Editing my review as once their management team learnt about the mistake they collected and changed the glasses as per the correct prescription.
