He carefully explained about each frame and lenses and also detailed about alternative options.... .... that helped me selecting the article which best suits to my needs.
Most appealing was his genuine concern for the customer need n satisfaction. Making a premium purchase is not a cake walk but his patience n guidance made the process satisfying and reassuring....
Only thing that put me suspicious ... is about spectacle case . For such a premium and high- priced spectacle, the case didnot reflect the same level of quality. I think this needs attention.....that will help in maintaining and preserving customer's trust
