GKB optical store, Adayar is a must place to visit for your optical needs. Good services and quality products and all brands are available. Even if there is no stock they will make sure to get it and deliver too. Very well maintained showroom and the staff there are very helpful and helps in choosing the right product according to our face shape in a genuine way. Mr. Iyyappan one of the GKB representative is an excellent staff who talks politely, respectful and makes the customers feel happy. Its been 2 years since and he is never pushy to buy products. He repairs my frame time to time when it gets loose and he patiently tighten it and gives free service also cleans the glasses. Staff these days just do thier job but this person is neat and friendly. I get from GKB branded shades and reading frame glasses and lenses for my family. My friend recommended Iyappan. He is so passionate about his job which impressed me alot. All the staff there are very service oriented and helpful. I recommend this place 👌. I give 5 stars. This place is quality and clean environment.

Had a very good experience getting progressive glasses made from GKB Optical Store in Adyar. Although this is not my first time with progressives and have been using them for over 10 years, this was the first time I went to GKB. Iyyappan, who helped me choose the frame and lenses was exceptionally patient in showing me the entire range of lenses and frames and explaining the difference in price and quality without being pushy. He also tried to make the turnaround time as minimal as possible since my current pair was broken and my spare pair was long since gone. The store delivered on time as promised. Appreciate Iyyappan's service and the courtesy extended by all other staff at the store. Thank you.

We had an excellent experience at GKB Optical, thanks to Mr. Iyappan. His personal guidance and expert suggestions helped me choose the most accurate and comfortable pair of goggles for my eyes. I have been wearing goggles for the past 30 years and have visited many shops, but I have never come across someone as knowledgeable, humble, and dedicated as Mr. Iyappan. We are truly impressed and deeply appreciate his service. Thank you so much, Mr. Iyappan — we wholeheartedly bless you and wish you a bright future!

Everytime I visit India, I come here to get my glasses serviced or swap glasses to sunglasses. They are very helpful and very experienced.. the chanel glasses I thought I could never use because it was so tilted and became so wide, while other places like sunglasses guy said they can’t do anything(even though I got it from there), GKB fixed it .. Ayyappan was very helpful and was very knowledgeable .. will visit and recommend..
