Review update: I visited the store after almost 8 months and the store manager was kind enough to look into the problem as stated in the initial review. It took another few days in the lab, but finally the problem with the glasses were rectified. I now have a clear vision with the glasses.

Not at all happy with their service!
I was on vacation in India and got a pair of progressive lenses from this shop. It took 2 weeks for them to deliver the glasses. When I started experiencing vision problems and headaches, they told me it could take up to 2 weeks to adjust to the new lenses. Unfortunately, by the time I was supposed to adjust, my vacation was over and I had returned to the United States. The sad part is, my vision never adjusted as the power was clearly not correct, and I continued to have issues wearing the glasses. I eventually had to buy a new pair here in the US. Now I'm stuck with a defective pair of glasses that I can’t return.
Total waste of money and a very disappointing experience.
