They are really helpful folks. My glasses broke and I had an exam the next day. i reached their shop at 8pm. The frame was irreparable but they gave me a few day-use lenses free of charge to help sort out the situation. They are a true saviour. Special thanks to Anjana mam for showing us what good customer service really looks like. Other places don’t give a damn these days.

The optometrist used advanced diagnostic equipment and took the time to explain the results of each test. I didn't feel rushed; they ensured my prescription was pinpoint accurate, which gave me a lot of confidence in the final result.
