Just wanted to share my review from a recent experience. I have always been getting my glasses from GKB and this time too I had gone to the Koramangala store for one - after getting them I was extremely disappointed at the make - it was not fitting and was extremely loose. I followed up with Koramangala store , they resent my specs to the lab but it stayed the same. I had spent quite a sum on it and was both mad and clueless.
I decided to reach out to the Phoenix store and Kanak there assisted me and promised to get it repaired. He himself took the responsibility and got it fixed. He is very nice, followed up with me and made sure they were working fine.
Really impressed and thankful with Kanak's service and now I know which store to make my next purchase from.

Good collection of frames and very friendly, helpful staff. I’ve bought my last two pairs of prescription glasses from here - a Police frame in 2023 and a Ray-Ban recently in 2026.
My only suggestion to prospective buyers would be to carefully consider the lens options. I went with "Rodenstock" lenses both times based on their recommendation, but unfortunately wasn’t very satisfied with them for daily use. I personally find Carl Zeiss lenses much better in terms of comfort and durability. I even had to replace my Rodenstock lenses with Carl Zeiss after about 12 days the second time, which was an avoidable additional expense.
It’s a little disappointing that Carl Zeiss lenses aren’t currently available here. Hopefully, they add them in the future. Overall, a good shop with excellent service and a great collection.

Huge shoutout to Christopher at gkb opticals. I needed my glasses fixed but couldn't make it to the store myself. Christopher went above and beyond—he coordinated the Porter pickup right from my location, kept in constant touch to explain all the available repair options, and had them fixed and sent back within just 2 hours. His attentiveness and customer service were absolutely stellar. Efficient, helpful, and incredibly fast without me even stepping foot in the shop. Highly recommended!
