Comfortable by ignoring reply to my mails. ​Send your person to inspect the fake material—so called glass made spectacles—and other defects highlighted to you in detail. Sourirajan Ragavachari GKB OPTICALS OPERATES WITH A “TAKE MONEY & IGNORE” POLICY. This is a public warning regarding the unethical business practices of GKB Opticals (Phoenix Marketcity, Bangalore). THE ISSUE IS NOT JUST THE PRODUCT – IT IS THE ARROGANCE. I paid a premium price (₹12,510) for Spectacles specifically Glass make, not Fibre. When that product turned out to be defective (utter poor quality material and most importantly not *Glass made”), the company did not offer support. Instead, they offered Silence. The Facts of their Failure: Zero Accountability: Once the payment is made, they stop behaving like a professional company. Communication Blackout: Despite repeated official emails regarding a serious defect, I have received only two replies in total and that too, this egoistic attitude is from their GKB Opticals Kolkata and my email having marked all their higher officials. DEAF. WASTED. Egoistic Attitude: They simply refuse to engage. They believe they are too big to answer a customer who has already paid. This is a massive Red Flag. If a company stops responding the moment a problem arises, they are not a legitimate service provider—they are opportunistic. I have been forced to file a Government Grievance (NCH Docket: 8350603) just to get a basic reply. MY VERDICT: Do not be fooled by their showroom. Their post-sales service is non-existent. I am facing a shocking Communication Blackout from GKB Bangalore. Defective product supplied? Yes. Refund refused? Yes. Emails answered? NO. (Only 2 replies in total). This “Ghosting” of customers is unethical and arrogant.
