I had a wonderful experience at GKB Opticals in HSR Layout. My mother's glasses had accidentally popped out of the frame, and I walked in hoping someone could help. I am not a existing customer, nor was I looking to purchase anything—I simply needed assistance with a small repair.
What impressed me most was the way the team welcomed me. They were courteous, patient, and genuinely happy to help. They fixed the glasses quickly and professionally, all with a smile and without making me feel like I was inconveniencing them. At no point was there any pressure to buy new frames or lenses, which is something that truly stood out.
In an industry where customer service can often feel transactional, it was refreshing to meet a team that values helping people first. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to assist a casual walk-in customer left a lasting impression. Small gestures like these build trust and goodwill, and they certainly earned mine.
A big thank you to the entire team at GKB Opticals, HSR Layout. Excellent service, wonderful people, and a great example of what customer care should be. Highly recommended.
