The shop executive manipulated the price saying on lens cost +frame cost it's 1000 discount. When I saw in online the frame is 50%Off...i approached GKB team online and they told they will reduce the price in final bill.He is trying to convince that code was not updated during billing time.The shop executive has shown the balance as cash in the bill not as discount.If it's updated finally it should show as discount... Quality is anyhow good because it's branded nova lenses..that can't be manipulated 😊 Customer care & Service quality should be obviously good as per GKB standards😊.Just chek and compare online GKB prices before going to GKB local store..don't fall in trap with ambience and customer service.
