My experience at GKB opticals Store, at the GIP Mall outlet, has been extremely good.
I purchased meta RayBan glasses. Mr Kapill especially was very efficient with handling all my queries and concerns and helped me to have a very smooth purchase experience at the store.
He is extremely knowledgeable and cordial. And in spite of he being a senior member of the store management hierarchy, he personally walked the extra mile and delivered the product on time himself, to my address, despite not having staff at hand to facilitate the delivery.
I definitely recommend GKB opticals, and would like to personally thank Mr Kapill for making the experience seamless and memorable.

BEHAVIOUR OF THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT! MY HUSBAND HAD A PAIR OF OLD READING SPECKS OF GKB AND JUST WANTED TO CHANGE THE GLASSES. THE GENTLEMAN GUIDED HIM TO THE EYE SPECIALIST AND TESTED HIS EYES, HE THAN SHOWED US THE BEST OPTION, THE NEXT DAY WE HAD SOME WORK AND WENT TO GIP AND CASUALLY ENQUIRED IF THE SPECKS WAS READY. ALTHOUGH THE SPECKS WAS NOT READY, BUT THE GOOD GENTLEMAN HIMSELF TOOK THE INITIATIVE TO GET THE SPECKS DELIVERED WITHIN 10MINTS ALONG WITH FREE KITS LIKE GLASS CLEANING LIQUID ETC.👍👍

Most importantly it was due to Mr. Dhirendra Mishraji who patiently and politely explained us in detail the technicalities of making a specs and generating the invoice.
Making progressive lens with My Mum's eye power(all 3 including cylindrical) isn't an easy task.
But with Mr Mishra's assurance, we were delivered the best quality Rodenstock lens with Crizal Sapphire coating and 0% error within the promised time of one week.
Lightweight frame with lightweight lenses is usually preferred and we got the same
