This was my first visit to the store. Must put on record that the only reason I decided to switch loyalties from my previous brand was Ms. Neha Teli (Senior Optometrist).
Neha is the definition of professionalism. She is as customer centric and focused as one can ever imagine. Her subject knowledge is better that many who claim to be the best in the industry. This coupled with her patience and clear communication goes the distance to instill the much needed confidence in a patient.
She is an asset to any organisation that she will be associated with. Will switch brand loyalties, yet again, if ever Neha decides to move. The organisation should keep this in mind, always :)
