Big shout out to Sujeet and Shruti who are employed in the GKB Opticals store in Inorbit Mall Malad. My specs broke and the Lenskart guys refused any help. I was in a spot of bother as it would have been difficult for me to drive back home without my specs. I walked in to the GKB store to see if they can help. Shruti and Sujeet were very welcoming and understood my problem. Shruti immediately whipped out a trial contact lens pack and handed it over to me. It made my day.
