I want to commend Shreya Pandey from the store who has been the one of the most supportive and helpful staff ever I have come across in a spectacles store. She helped us choose well, giving her honest opinion and ensuring we made the right purchase. She also ensured I got my spectacles delivered at home and followed it up until it was done.
Its a store with some good options. Worth a visit and a buy.

I really appreciate the GKB opticals store manager Mr. Shushil’s more than ready to help attitude and immediate response inspite of the fact that I had gone there randomly to get my Prada sunglasses fixed ( alignment problem) which I had bought from some other store and upon insisting to charge for the services he stuck by his words and didn’t charge a penny for it ! It’s really commendable!! I strongly recommend it’s a must go store !!
