I needed to urgently get a new frame because I accidentally broke my only pair. The people in charge were very helpful and painstakingly went through the frames till they found one which would fit my lenses. They also stayed quite late to accomodate me and helped get a pretty good deal. I was very upset because I thought I would have to without specs for a few days but due the helpful staff here that did not happen. So, I'm pretty happy with the service given to me.

I am associate as customer with GKB Opticals Durgapur (@JunctionNall)since it's inauguration and have gained good experience from various store personal like, Mr. Avisekh, Dhiman, Sandipan, Tilok, Tanmoy Shiyaram Sharma etc..and they are all customer friendly. My spouse and my child are also associated with GKB as customer we used to visit @ Junction Mall store frequently for service, and experience the mixed test from time to time but still no complain about their attitude and behavior.
