Recently I purchased two glasses and very happy with the service. Starting from explaining different options to making it ready within time. I was travelling and they made sure that it reaches in time. Also had challenges with paying via QR code but they were fully supportive to deliver first and then payment. We really amazed with such a wonderful customer service experience. Thanks and special shout out to Mr Sanjay for fantastic service. I really encourage this place !

My husband and I both got a pair of optical from GKB. We both are super happy with the product we got. I have +1 in both eyes and hence got a numbered lens and my husband has purchased anti glare glasses. Their knowledge of our requirement was superb and delivery was much before expected date. Also they went out of their way to ensure we get it delivered the same day as soon aa they received the glasses. Than you so much Irfan ji and Hiren ji for these amazing Rodenstock glasses they are worth every penny.

I used their eye test service, bought a frame and ordered a progressive lens. The overall experience was very smooth. Irfan, the manager there, went out of his way to get the spectacles delivered.
3-4 months later I had a problem with the frame. Irfan again went out of the way to procure a replacement and had it couriered to Bangalore where I was on work. I went to the local GKB store there and was pleasantly surprised that they were expecting me. They fitted the lens into the new frame in 10 mins.
The overall “Can do, Will do” atttiude and timely communication to minimise my inconvenience was exemplary. Also kudos to the GKB management for the empowerment given to their Store Managers.
I strongly recommend this store without any hesitation for their professionalism, customer focus and of course the product range.
