My experience at GKB opticals Store, at the GIP Mall outlet, has been extremely good. I purchased meta RayBan glasses. Mr Kapill especially was very efficient with handling all my queries and concerns and helped me to have a very smooth purchase experience at the store. He is extremely knowledgeable and cordial. And in spite of he being a senior member of the store management hierarchy, he personally walked the extra mile and delivered the product on time himself, to my address, despite not having staff at hand to facilitate the delivery.
