I have been a regular customer of GKB Vashi and believe me i am really finicky about my glasses - nit satisfied until all parameters of vision are met. Have been a progressive lens user for 10+ years. Measurements are critical for the right balance of reading and far sight comfort. All staff including optometrist are very knowledgeable and trained. They will never misguide you for their profit. Thoroughly professional yet customer oriented.

The experience was good. The staff were courteous n provided all the stuff available and made it very easy to select. Notwithstanding the RayBan goggles were not many on display which I feel is required to be enhanced.

Service was excellent at GKB Vashi. However I was very dissatisfied with the extra payment I had to make for replacement of the left glass which developed a crack from the bottom of screw to the edge. My glasses were fairly new (only couple of months) & these are very costly. Also, I firmly believe that it was no fault of mine & might be due to craftsmanship or developed by GKB employees when tightening the screws in my spects. The policy might not let me come back to GKB in future.
