My brand new spectacles had a disagreement with a football thanks to some unruly children and the one of the metal frames got badly twisted - the nose pads were also misaligned . I thought I will have to buy a new one but these guys took charge and set back in its original form added new pads - now it’s as good as new. Refused to take any money despite my insistence . Very good customer orientation and graciousness. Will certainly go there next time I have to buy anything optical.
