When I went for the first time, I told them clearly that I am not going to buy anything and just checking if I liked anything. They were cool about it and sales person showed many frames without showing any annoyance.
There are many frames from premium brands to choose from. They also give 10% discount on MRP
I didn’t get the lens from them but am happy with the frame I chose that came with 1 year warranty. Hope it is original and lasts long

This store is located on the lower ground floor of Sarath City Mall. There are two stores adjacent to each other on the same floor. This store is large with a wide selection of branded frames. I bought two frames for myself and my wife. They offer 10% off on the MRP and allow exchanges within two weeks if no modifications are done. However, don’t expect prices similar to Titan or Lenskart, as this is a premium store. So, be ready to shell out more.

I visited the place to get my eyes tested and get new glasses.Kallol was the shop optician who tested my eyes.When my new glasses got ready ....I was pleasantly surprised at the level of comfort I felt after wearing them.Kallol had done a good job.
However I wasn't too happy with the frame though expensive; it bit into my skin and wounded it.The metal frame was not suitable for me although it looked beautiful.
I was apprehensive and unsure if I could get a replacement or refund.However I reached out again and was relieved and happy that my frame could be replaced.Mr Anil,the manager was extremely helpful in sorting out the issue.
I am grateful to the staff at GKB Sarath City Mall.
I have greatest eye comfort and beautiful spectacles now.Thank you!

Excellent customer service. My specs were broken which generally doesn't get cover under warranty by any spectacle company. I called at the store and they forwarded my request to warehouse and got my specs replaced. I got new specs within 4 days to Indore. They shipped the glasses from Hyderabad to Indore and it doesn't cost me anything. Loved GKB, AMB Malls customer service!! Thank you again!!
