Very good service. They tested the eye power perfectly before confirming. The spectacles are also very nice. I asked on an urgency basis as my specs was broken. They considered that too. Customer care also very good. Overall very nice experience.

I had bought my glasses in 2016 & on 2 occasions the lens got separated from the frame. In July 2021 again the lens separated due to mishandling by me. Each time repairs were done free of cost. Muthu Kumar deserves to be congratulated for his prompt response, very curteous & polite 👍👍👍

I live in a neighbouring state and I had been to chennai for an interview . I had to do some shopping at nugambakkam . During this time for some reason my frameless specs plastic beading broke and my lens came off. I was very new to this place and had no idea about any optical shop. Google helped me to locate specsmaker . But unfortunately they were not ready to repair my specs. The specsmaker staff was helpful and directed me to gkb. I went to gkb and met the manager there. He was ready to fix the specs but there was no electric power. He told me to check with another shop nearby. I went there but that shop owner said he would need 2 days. Clueless i was walking in the street to see if there are any other shop. That's when the flv manager spotted me and asked me to come to his shop as power is back up. He told one of his staff to fix it. In 5 to 10 mins my specs was fixed. I went to the manager .. Thanked him and asked him the cost. He said..."no sir we will not take money for this. This is a free service for you" . I insisted that I will pay but he was adamant that he will take money. Finally I thanked him and came out. I was so much grateful for this person (gkb shop manager) for his kindness. The very next day I had an interview and this person came as an angel. Thanks again sir.
