I was pretty much happy on my first visit and they could surprise me with even better service this time. My experience was particularly outstanding thanks to Mr. Shirish, who went above and beyond to assist me.
I had a pair of broken glasses that needed urgent replacement, and Mr. Shirish provided outstanding help. He was not only knowledgeable and professional but also incredibly patient and attentive. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, guiding me through the process of selecting the perfect replacement lenses. All the expenses were covered under warranty without any issues.

One of the best stores in the city. Very polite and understanding staff. The best lady Optometrist over there who will have immense patience to listen to your queries and will suggest you the best.
I would go ahead and say, the Optometrist over here is better than so many eye specialists in the city. Before visiting here, I had seen several eye specialists who didn't have time to listen or check your eyes with patience. Every time I visit here, I have had the same pleasant experience.
Recently, I had broken my RayBan specs and the staff took every care to get it exchanged for free.
