Their service is very good till the time you don't go with a complaint. I bought 6 expensive frames from there but as soon as I went there with a broken frame they are totally clueless & unresponsive. It's been over 45 days I haven't heard from the company.

GKB - Inorbit Malad, is my Go-to Store for any Eye related requirement for the whole family since almost 10 years... Be it spectacles or sunglasses. Very warm, Welcoming & Knowledgable staff — Sujit, Dhyaneshwar, and the lady in the Contact lens section.
Mr Nadeem (Store Mgr) is very experienced & knowledgeable and knows his business & products very well. They don’t misguide the customer, or try & sell using the Push technique. Rather look at long term relationship by educating and suggesting right product as per requirement & need. Always been a Joyful experience purchasing from them or visiting the store.
