Overall customer get good experience, staff is good. Customer need to check their comfort and design from varieties of eyewear frames, with its price tags and offers to the respective brands. I would ask customer to check different varieties before making hush hush order placement.
Now for lens selection, though there is monopoly of eyelens manufacturer, please check in-house built lenses with GKB wherein reasonable price tags doesn't pinch your pockets.

Wide variety of frames with very good service.
I visited the store on Saturday to get prescription glasses. They gave me a free eye checkup and also Renuka was very helpful in suggesting frames to choose. Renuka also couriered me the spectacles within 3 days to my address. Am very satisfied with the service and product quality offered at this store 😀

Absolutely great service. I rang up Sonam at the Indiranagar branch to order a pair of coloured contact lenses. She had them arranged in my prescribed power and sent to the Kormangala centre (closer to my house) within 3 days time. Paid via GPay and had my lenses sent home by Dunzo. Impressed by the seamless and quick experience!
